About the Role

Jentia Aviation, LLC, an Aviation services consultation company, is looking to expand its ranks to support the growth and development of its Aviation services. Jentia Aviation, LLC's long-term strategy is to support and accelerate MRO programs that will dramatically increase due to the growth and development of the Aviation industry.
We are seeking a Content Manager to be part of a dynamic team. In this position you will plan and execute a content strategy that is not only engaging but also in line with our brand’s image and objectives. You’ll be responsible for creating, improving, and maintaining content to grow our audience, drive demand generation, build relationships, and monitor web traffic and social media metrics to identify best practices. This role is new to Jentia, which means you can make it your own and do what you feel necessary to achieve your objectives.

Requirements



  • Create content, including site (i.e., blog posts) and premium asset (i.e., e-book) to drive demand and lead generation and engagement across marketing channels and platforms.

  • Create a content marketing calendar to ensure regular content is utilized across marketing channels throughout the year to drive measurable engagement and conversions and keep all content contributors on schedule.

  • Oversee social media, creating and repurposing content for use across different social media channels.

  • Ensure all online copy is entertaining, informative, search engine optimized, and appealing to appropriate personas.

  • Work with Senior Digital Marketing Manager, using Hubspot and web analytics to analyze website traffic and user engagement metrics to optimize content for both search engine visibility and favorable user experience.

  • Keep up to date with industry best practices and monitor content activities of our competitors.

  • Get as much mileage as possible out of all premium content assets as well as event content and repurpose it on the right mediums.

  • Recruit internal and third-party writers.

  • Manage editing and proofing of guest written content.

  • Ensure brand consistency.

  • Ensure all data and work is legally compliant (e.g., copyright protection).

  • Remain current on product and industry developments and generate new ideas to draw audience attention.

  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally.

  • Budget and project management experience required.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience working as a content marketer.

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in English, marketing, journalism, or related field.

  • Highly articulate with an excellent command of written English.

  • Creative minded with an ability to conceive interesting ideas for new content.

  • Experience within a software/SaaS start-up or scale-up business or excellent understanding of what is required to be successful in this type of environment.

  • Verifiable experience with MS Office, WordPress, and Hubspot.

  • Basic technical knowledge of HTML and online publishing.

  • Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.

  • Experience with social media, including Twitter and LinkedIn.

  • Time management and organizational expert.

  • A growth mindset and desire to enhance your skills as marketing needs evolve.

  • The ability to work independently and own end-to-end project management.

  • Dynamic approach, bringing high levels of energy and enthusiasm to the role.

  • A willingness to look for solutions and opportunities, not problems.
