About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Associate to support our marketing department with various tasks. The Sales Associate’s responsibilities include conducting sales opportunities research, producing promotional materials and analyzing sales data.
Our ideal candidate is able to interpret customers’ behavior and suggest creative ways to increase brand awareness.

Ultimately, you will help us achieve our business goals by building strong sales and marketing campaigns.
Duties include:
1. Collect data on consumers, competitors and market place
2. Compile and analyze statistical data using modern and traditional methods
3. Perform valid and reliable market research SWOT analysis
4. Interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations
5. Use online market research and catalogue findings to databases
6. Provide competitive analysis on various companies’ market offerings
7. Remain fully informed on market trends and implement best practices
8. Collaborate with marketing, sales and product development teams
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who possess the ability to think both creatively and analytically. Sales associate duties include presenting our products and services to our customers and acting on marketing campaign content, writing, editing and proofreading, formulating sales strategies and managing all sales efforts, among other tasks.
Qualifications
Proven work experience as a Sales Associate, Sales Assistant or similar role
Strong understanding of cold selling concepts and advertising strategies
Ability to interpret large amounts of data and multi-task
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with CRM programs
Ability to interpret and create reports
Familiarity with social media platforms
BSc degree in Sales or relevant field preferred but not required.
